 2009 Ashland Bowmen Membership Information

  Membership to the Ashland Bowmen Archery Club is $75 for a single Membership, or $80 for Family membership a year. As a Member in 2009 you must attend 2 Monthly meeting's and 2 scheduled workday's a year. If you do that, your membership will drop down to $50 single, and $55 for family in 2010, but you still must attend the same number of meeting's and workday's to keep your membership at the lower price in future year's. If you do not make the workday's and meeting's, your membership will remain at $75 and $80 yearly. Our meeting day's are the first Sunday of the month at 2pm(winter months, Jan, Feb., March, Oct. Nov, December )and the first Wed. Evening of the month at 8pm (Summer month's, April, May, June, July Aug., September ) You can join the Ashland Bowmen Archery Club by sending a check payable to Ashland Bowmen, and mail it to Roger Leyda 1830 Mowery Road Perrysville, Ohio 44864

Sept.07th sign up 8am-11 am Labor Day Monday Shoot.

What We’re about

The object of the Ashland Bowmen shall be to promote, expand and perpetuate all aspects of the sport of archery and the spirit of good fellowship among all archers.  To encourage the use of the  bow in hunting of all legal game birds and animals, to cooperate with all conservation of game, to maintain an archery course or courses and conduct tournaments and games.  The Ashland  Bowmen are club members of the International Bowhunting Organization and The Ohio Bow Hunters  Association.  Our club welcomes men, women and children of all ages.  Compound bows, longbows, recurves and crossbows are all permitted on our ranges.

Facilities

Our ranges include a 60 acre outdoor 3-D and practice range which is located on top of the hill behind the red barn (no charge for members).  We utilize the up upstairs of the barn for our indoor shooting range consisting of 11- 20 yard shooting lanes (reasonable indoor shooting fees).
